 Purchase Agreement 

1)     Indian Branch Kennels (IBK) guarantees all puppies to be free of any defect.  You have 48 hours to have the puppy checked out by a certified vet, if found with a defect the puppy will be replaced by a puppy of equal value. 

2)     If any dog is subjected to any type of weight pulling before 18 months of age, any type of protection training, and has been mistreated in any way, the guarantee will be null and void. 

3)     IBK will not be liable for litigation or damage caused from protection training. 

4)     All puppies are guaranteed for the duration of one year of any genetic defect.  ( no guarantee or papers on any pet quality pups or dogs that sell for $600 or less)

5)      Puppies will be shipped air non stop if possible. 

6)     All puppies will be  healthy when they arrive. 

7) $500 non refundable deposit will secure a pup.
